  • We’ll provide you with the return address within 24-48 hours.
  • Ensure the item is unused (ideally with packaging unopened) and ship it back using the carrier of your choice.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 days after receiving the item.
  • Payments are made via credit card or PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.Using a tracked shipping service is highly recommended to avoid issues with lost packages.
